At Freddy Australia, we want you to feel confident in your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene stickers still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your Freddy garments in their original packaging, ensuring the items are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Post Your Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
